So I'm swapping a 3.4 where a 3.0 used to be in my 4Runner, and the old set up is returnless and the new set up is a return fuel system. Any suggestions? Do I plumb in a return line and get the 3.4 pump, or switch the 3.4 to returnless and hope the 3.0 pump is up to the task?

I would use the pump and lines off the 3.4 donor truck, that way you know that you wont have any problems with fuel delivery

Hey, you are putting a 3.4 into a 3.0. What are the major issues? I have a 94 4 Runner and looking to maybe put in a new engine and would love the 3.4. I think the exhaust is different. What about the ECU, relays, etc.
