Sequioa Gas Mileage

I own a 2002 Toyota Seqouia 4 x 2 sr5 and get only 13.8 miles to the gallon in mixed city and highway use and I don't drive agressively. I took it to the dealer to see why it doesn't get better and he said he could find nothing wrong. Should I be getting better considering the sticker on the vehicle boasted 14/18 miles per gallon

how much stuff is in the vehical, the more u carry the less gas mailage u get, how fast do u drive on the hiway. those figurs are for 55mph? . what kind of gas are u using. u will get better gas milage out of the cheaper gas, it was desighned for 87 octane. just a thought

Rarely will you get the posted mileage.Usually add ten % and you will be in the ball park .Most EPA mileage tests are not to realistic .
