Put a 3.4 5VZ in it? If you want to keep the 3.0, the block and the head have to be resurfaced, use the factory service campaign gasket, and I think maybe even stronger head bolts, but I'm not sure. Yotatech is a good place to look. I tossed mine and am sticking in the 3.4L. Fair amount of work though.
