87 Toyota pickup, 2wd, for parts?

i have a 87 toyota pickup, it has the larger cab ( i believe they called it the xtra cab) the body is in ok shape, ( compared to most) the interior is, average at best,

the best part about this truck is that it runs like a champ, i have had no problems with it, and have had to put no money into it, (except for regular matience,)

here is my delima, i have recently got a new truck, and dont need / use the toyota pickup anymore, i have tried listing it in the local papers and such, but nobody seems interested,

should i part her out? is it worth it? is there any demand for older truck parts?

Let me know what you guys think, any suggestions would be appreachated,

Dunno about in Calgary, but here in Winterpeg there is only one wrecker with Toyota truck/4Runner parts. The rest of the writeoffs and such are bought by entheusiasts as parts vehicles. As for anything that runs or has a decent body, it is on the road. If it isn't in bad shape, don't part it out!

LOL, its a decent truck, runs excellent, but nobody out here wants to buy it, and i dont want to store it forever, what parts are in demand? i might just take off the good parts, and scrap the rest
