Here are a couple tests you can do with a test light
1. put the test light clip on the negative battery post, unplug the injector connector, and with the key to the run position probe each of the pins in the connector, light should come on when you touch the right pin, if it does light then you know that the injector is getting power. if not,(there is a problem in the injector power circuit) go to next step anyway.
2. move the clip of the test light to the positive post of the battery, then probe the other pin it the connector while cranking or running the engine, the light should flash. (if not, then theres a problem in the injector ground circuit, which goes to the ECU) if both of these tests work then you may have gotten a bad injector
