20R Turbo,head on a 22R?

i got a 1990 toyota pickup with a 22r and this guy is trying to sell me a old wrecked celica with a turbo'd 20R motor and i know the head will fit but i wanna put hte turbo and the head on there and my uncle is gonna port and work the head for me and i needa know what all im gonna half to do if it will even work! what about the oil lubber for the turbo? do i have to jet the carb up? please help me out on this

You don't need the 20r head, besides the valves and ports on the 20r are way smaller than the 22r's. Plus 20r's have smaller combustion chambers than 22r's thus raising the compression which you don't want for turbo action. The 20r intake should fit the 22r with minimal modification.
Personally, I know hearing to put in a different make engine may not be what you care to hear but swapping in a 4.3 GM V6 is a far better investment. Kits are available and for the price it's unbeatable. The 4.3 can then be modded very cheaply. And it has just the right amount of torque for the toyota trans and axles.
