Chevy? toyota wheel swap

I have heard that a chevy 6 lug wheel pattern is the same as a toyota 6 lug wheel pattern, is this true? Thank you for any advice.

I have heard the same, as long as hole in the center of the wheel is large enough to fit over the diameter of the front hubs.

True, True...a GM/Chevy FACTORY wheel may not fit. A lot of aftermarket wheel manufacturers make the larger hole size to fit as many vehicles as possible (and recycle the aluminum removed from the center).

I have heard that all 6 lugs you will come across will be the same pattern. I am not sure if this is true though.
