Looking For A Cheap Brushguard

Hey guys

I'm currently looking for a chrome brush guard (chrome is crucial) for my 99 4runner. The kind with the three sections (grill and two headlights) with the space in front of the grill for lights.

I have looked on parts companies' websites and the cheapest I could find was $500!!!!!

I looked on ebay and found a guy with tons of the kind I want (WAAG i think is the brand), but he only has ones that fit on 4runners up to the year 1995.

So here is my problem. Do any of you out there in toyota genius land know if I could fit the pre-95 model brush guard on my 99 4runner? and if not, know where I can find a cheaper brush guard (I was hoping to spend no more than $300).

or even last, if any of you are trying to unload your old brushguard and think it's what I'm looking for let me know.

would also like any recommendations you have on what brand to buy.

thanks a lot
TOm

Don't know if the link will work but Westin has a Sportsman Grill. At Pepboys the black is 399.99 but chrome is also available (i think slightly more).

A cheap guard wont help with anything. What are you trying to protect your truck against? Deer? If so, go with something a little more stout.
