94 landcruiser power steering problem

my 94 landcruiser has recently started to have a stering problem after the vehicle is runing for a half hour or so. When i try to make
a sharp turn, the front wheels sound like they are rubbing or pulling.

Perhaps coincidently, sometimes it feels like the power steering is not fully assisting.

The fluid level looks fine. Any suggestions? Drain fluid? belt?
replace pump? Can this be something other than the pump?
thanks

May be the belt for the P/S pump is slipping; check the belt tension.
