Unhappy Cracked head! suggestions?

Hey forum, I just joined looking for some guidance and wisdom. I overheated the 1988 longbed 22R. Overheat, engine stalled and would not restart, lazy crank, removed spark plugs and water shot out of one cylinder upon cranking over!
Diagnosed!...
so I dissassemble and this is what I have found

See the crack in between the intake and exhaust valses too!
WOW, so my question is is this repairable or am I looking for a new head...if the latter, any good local So Cal suggestions?
Hey, thanks to all for this informative forum and thanks for any and all comments on this subject.

Probably cheaper to get another head at a wrecker. Just have the new one pressure tested before you have any work done on it.
