Smoke Under My Hood!! Help!!

friday, 100m from home the pickup went dead, replace cap, rotor and plug wire-no dice...struggled all day saturday thinking i didnt hav spark when i had, a blown EFI fuse caused that distress. on sunday , went to church, no prob, i desided to do some off-roading in the afternoon only to find out one of my friends crashed in a ravine, SHIIT!!, off-roading put on a side i decided to bring the injured to the hospital, about a mile down , click, dead,EFI fuse gone with 3 guys bloody and suffering on the vehicle.put a thick wire inplace of fuse since i didnt hav none.the guys went hospital on another vehicle and i went to my mechanic to ask him some questions, funny to find my oil filter loose..tightened it and timing chain starts bawling...made noise for about 5 min then stoped...my girlfriend prayed and i said AMEN!!, then on to do some offroading...while climbing a very steep hill in "4L mode" timing chain starts bawling again, i'm accustomed to climbing this hill in "HL mode"- but i was very slow to keep compresion down....but this didnt wrk ... a huge ball of blue smoke rose from under the hood and check engine light came on, i said "NO MAN, NO , NOT IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE"..... then the vehicle cut off.It wont keep idleing unless i keep my foot on the gas and wont go foward unless i pressed the gas flat down....

I"M GOING CRAZY HERE, CAN ANYONE GIV ME AN IDEA WAT HAPPENED AND HOW TO REPAIR IT?> LORD HELP MY POOR SOUL

How about some preaching from the choir!

First of all, what are you driving?

Also, fuses are used for a purpose. They are a cheap, calibrated wire that protects the expensive stuff from going up in "a huge ball of blue smoke".
To go further, why are you going off-roading in a vehicle that has been acting questionable?

I have preached my sermon, now lets just hope we are not going to a funeral.
