Rooooaaaar

I had a 84 pick-up with a 22 carb engine in it. It was quiet as a church mouse. I use it instead of an ATV while hunting. I traded it for a 94 with a V6 efi. When I start this beast and accelerate, boy, does that fan ever ROOOAAARR.
Any ideas how to quiet it down so Bullwinkle and Bambi won't know I'm coming?

invest in some good boots and use your feet to get around, easier on all the land you'd be driving on instead of driving over or thru trees and bushes.

The fan on my '89 V6 was loud. My cousin's '91 V6 is quiet. His brother's '94 V6 is loud.

I have since switched to an electric fan when my fan shroud broke and it's super quiet now.

not sure but the taurus fan swap might make it quieter though.
