Wink When are shock absobers bad?

How many up/down cycles are an indication of bad shocks? My T100 show 3 to 4 cycles after heavy braking. Would this be considered an indicator of time to replace the shocks, if so, should all four be done at the same time?

Thanks in advance

Seems to me the stock shocks on Toyotas are nearly crap after about 50 miles. Toss a set of Ranchos on there and you'll be amazed. I use the 5000 series and am very happy with them. And yes, I'd do all 4.

Your shocks are shot! Get a set of Bilsteins and you should be good to go. A bit on the expensive side, but your a$$ will thank you for it.
