O2 Sensor Problems

My 97 4Runner has been giving me the ol' engine light treatment. The shop that i bring it to replaced the sensors and I still have the problem. I went to another shop and they said that the O2 sensors are fine, so he changed the O2 heater relay and cleared the code that caused the "check engine" condition. A day later the same problem. Does anyone have any ideas???
