I just purchased a 1992 4x4 ext. cab with the 3.0 V6. This truck ROCKS!!!! Anyhow, I've been a Chevy guy until now and don't know much Japanese motors. The truck has a 3 inch body lift with 33x12.50 BF's. I was wondering if there are some (affordable) things I can do to increase the gas mileage without losing performance...i.e. cold air intake, etc.? Also, I work on Japanese motorcycles and on the fuel injected bikes, you can put a Power Commander on and remap the fuel system which increases HP. Does this engine have a computer that can be updated? Any tips to help with overall performance or just routine maintenance are appreciated!!

well the toyotas are much like your chevy trucks... with exception to being better lol. I dont think theres any fuel system remapping stuff you can do. But check some online stores or your local 4wd store for some upgrades they might have.
