Unhappy Help removing Main 80 Amp fuse

I was mucking around near my alternator contacts and blew the main fuse that protects the ignition. It lives in the fuse box next to the battery (truck's an 86 4x4 w/ carb). It's a black square fuse with a clear window. So I'm trying to pull it straight out but it won't come out. There's a green and a red fuse next to it that look the same and pull straight out - no problem. How do I get this 80 amp out?- there's a tab- looks like a release tab and I stick a screw driver in but it still won't budge. Also, is this fuse available at the local Napa or is it dealer only?

It is held in with screws at the bottom. Unbolt it from the wall and roll it over. Yes, NAPA has the fuse. I know, '86 4runner EFI. I tore mine up before finding out about the screws.
