Stuck E-Brake

My e-brake is stuck on my '01 Tacoma. Anyone else had this problem?

did it sit for a while?

This sounds crazy but try backing up... really sudden start if you can... My older truck has this issue on occassion cause my drums are $hit in the rear and it actually causes the pad to bind up against the drum...

I am assuming you mean the rear brakes are locked/dragging not just that the handle will not return..
