This sounds crazy but try backing up... really sudden start if you can... My older truck has this issue on occassion cause my drums are $hit in the rear and it actually causes the pad to bind up against the drum... I am assuming you mean the rear brakes are locked/dragging not just that the handle will not return.. Last edited by packfan; 10-26-2004 at 07:19 AM.
