Tire help

ok, my mom has a lil 93 pickup that needs new brake pads. well today i tried pullen off the tires, got all the lugs off and couldnt pull it off. read through the manuel a bit because i havent encountered this problem on a car before and it said i needed to pry off the wheel ornament with a crow bar or something, so i did that and under it was like somekind of bolt with red jelly all over it and im stumped. never thought a tire would be so hard to take off. anyways can anyone help me out?

Dont take the nut with the grease loose !!

Soak the center of the rim with wd-40 and use a rubber mallot to try to CAREFULLY try to knock the wheel loose.

Before you put it back on wipe some grease around the center hole and it will make it easy the next time off.

there was a pin i was sopposed to pull out but i couldnt get it out.. parents are taking it to midas so i dont have to worry about it anymore thanks though
