Turning rotors is bad because it causes hotspots and makes the rotor thinner. That will cause warping again really soon. Either get replacement toyota rotors, or upgrade to brembos.

Plus brembos are a higher quality rotor than stock.
While you're at it, you can replace the pads with performance friction pads too. Performance friction pads are the exact same as TRD pads. They are literally identical with the exception of the wear indicator and that was only so that TRD could have an exclusive pad. You will find that the brembo/ performance friction combo is excellent and your truck will brake so much better.
One more thing after you fix the rotors though, while putting the wheels back on the truck DO NOT let the shop use an airwrench to tighten the lugs back on. This will overighten them will cause more stress on the rotot and cause warping again. Be sure they hangtighten the lugs using a torque wrench (i believe the proper torque is 83lbs). Either that, or after you get home, retorque the lugs yourself with a torque wrench.
