Is there a way to:
1. Bypass Initial screen
2. Allow address input while moving

Also, the voice activated commands are terrible. Can anyone recommend tips/tricks to make it work better?

Thanks to all for your help.

Let me add...
I wonder is there is anything wrong with the navi's voice command module? I find it hard to believe that I have to repeat a command 3 and 4 times for the system to recognize it. It is a hit or miss proposition (more miss than hit I should say)! Has anyone have problems with the voice recogntion system?

I work at Lexus, and as far as I know there is no bypass for the "I Agree". I don't have a victim to try and make a trick to get past that screen. I would imagine you'd have to change the software. And thats way beyond my involvement.

As for the voice command, you can say "Help" to get a commands screen. The voice recognition part is pretty specific so inunciation needs to be clear. Otherwise I don't know what to tell you.

The moving/pressing buttons part does fustrate a lot of people. If I was the engineer, I would at least have the passenger airbag switch tell the nav computer that someone is in the passenger seat so they could make inputs while moving.

Mostly everything in the car uses one switch/sensor where that signal goes to a computer, and that computer sends the signal to multiple computers in the car. What sucks about that is you can't fake a sensor to get the car to do something you want.
