Hard starting 01 D-cab V-6

Whats us guys/gals, I need some help with some hard starting thats been bugging me. It's a 01 V-6 w/ 36k city miles on it, I just replaced the spark plug but that didnt help, used a bottle of Chevron fuel system clean,nothin, so whats next? Maybe just a battery not 100%???

ok maybe we need more symptoms, it might actually be normal. It cranks fast (normally) but doesnt ignite as quickly as my other cars celica, TL typeS. So sometimes i dont hold the key to start long enough because im not used to it and then it really doesnt want to start when i try again. Is it normal for the 3.4 to crank a while longer than most cars, my parent solera(V-6) dosnt start like this.?.?.?.
