I am looking for help with a 94 Toyota 22RE. The cooling fan comes on automatically right when the truck is turned on. What does this mean and what can I do? Also, it idles up and down, but only after it's been warmed up. What's that all about it? Sarah

(which i recomend highly) Now the idle is dictated by many factors. How bad is the idle surgeing? That might help alittle.
