Hey there fellow SA'er. Now let me get this right. You have a factory installed alarm but no keypads? Does that mean that you never set the alarm. I'd say that if that is the case, you may be in deep dodo.
One thing that you can try is to hot wire it to start it. If you follow the other threads, you can see my 86 4runner is wire to a starter switch. Turn your ignition switch to ON and run a wire from starter solenoid. Touch other end of wire to battery '+' and truck should start.
The alarm should just be a starter kill and this should bypass it. However, once you get it started the problem will still be there and you'll have to take it to an alarm place or the dealer to get it fixed.
Or...................Tear it apart and remove the alarm altogether. I had a K9 alarm system installed and thought it was causing problems. Came out pretty easy .
