87 Toyo 22r pickup noob

I was getting a Toyo pickup from my father after he bought a new Truck. It was going to be a part time driver to my 2nd gen RX-7. (bad gas prices and a Holley dbl pumper on a rotary is hard, not to mention its a good truck) I wasnt in too much of a hurry to get into the truck checking insurance rates for 2 autos and whatnot until last week when I had no choice but to take the Truck as a daily driver. The 7 was slammed into the center wall of I-95. so I am looking for the right body for a transplant of the rotary and suspension etc, etc. So now instead of a part time driver the truck is daily. I want to fix it up a bit for VERY cheap. so whats the cheapest drop spindles I can get, decent ofcourse. and how do you lower the rear? anything I should look for? problems that occur? the truck was taken to the cement plant so there is cement residue, anyone know how to remove that? was gonna try WD40 cus degreasers dont work. anyways any ideas or help is appreciated.

Lowering is easy!

In the front you will just crank down the torsion bars. No spindles are needed to lower it.

In the rear take out a leaf or 2. The leaf spring center bolt may break but the 2 are about 6 bucks at the dealer. By the way new U bolts are impossible to find at a cheap auto parts store. You may need to go to a suspension shop to get new ones.
