94 22re efi to weber 32/36 conversion

ok i found an intake manifold for the 22r from a 1990 truck . i already own a holley 5200 carb (same as weber 32/36 only backwards linkage) my question is the intake mani from the 90 22r compatible and would i need any other pat from the 90 truck like a thermostat housing or anything like that that may be different. basicly im going to scrap all the emissions stuff and try to keep the a/c in tact. i did this conversion on a mazda truck and it worked very well my man concern is keeping the a/c working not losing my speedo. im not sure but i think it is cable driven anyway, but that way i can scrap the ecu all together. and clean up the engine compartment. im also looking into a hedman header without the smog fittings to keep it simple. any input guys? any body done this? if i get the thing working i will probabaly sell the efi setup also.

ps florida rulz cuz we have no emissions testing.

yes i also was tring to figure out if ill need the computer fot the ignition or if its controlled completely by the ignitor.. the main reason i want to dump the ecu is so i dont need all the sensors and crap but i think the ecu controls the ignition on these trucks .? any info on this is appreciated.
