USA Swap Q?

Ok, I'm wondering what engines can be swapped into a mid 80s Toyota 4x2 pickup.

Hello
Right off the bat I know that the chevy 4.3 and 350 will go in.
As well as the 7mge/7mgte.
There are others as well.
Where are you at in VA?

I'm hoping to stick with a Toyota engine. I'm a bit of a purest. I have read that the earlier 2.8L I6 can be fitted (5mge?), but they didn't say anything about the 7mge fitting. Do you know what it takes to get it (7mge) into a 4x2? With the 5mge the fan won't fit with the longer engine in there so is has to be put on the front of the radiator. Also I think they may of said something about the 7mge having fitment issues with the oil pan and steering, but the 5mge didn't. I have been also wondering if the 3.0L V6 (3VZFE) can be built up to 200hp or more.

The Valley as they call it around here. Harrisonburg area.
