Clutch estimate question

I have a '80 tototya 4wd pickup 20R engine hydralic clutch, and what I want to know is how much should it cost in labor only because I have the parts, to replace my clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, and to resurface my flywheel. I have been given 3 estimates so far by phone: 275, 375, and 575(ouch!). I wish I could do the job myself but I don't have the right setup for it.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

At $275.00 to do a clutch job in a 4wheel truck is cheap..You better take him up on that offer. Its a lot of work to do. I did mine in a 1995 toytoa truck 4wheel and it took me all day on my back with a floor jack. What state do you live in? I'm in CT and labor rate here on a average is $72.00hr

I live in Cali, and the 275 quote I got, I didn't give specifics(flywheel throwoutbearing, ect), I just said that I needed my clutch replaced. It's really a two to three hour job for someone who has the skills and tools. I figured 250-300.
