injectors

i have a 94 4runner with the v6 ingine an 112k miles on it ,,iam considering on buying new injectors cause cleaning is not working as i was told to also an in order to save money also
question -is this a hard to do an can you give me the process to do the job ive never changed any injectors before ,,
iam getting bad fuel mileage an at 45 the engine is rough an smoothes out at higher rpms

The injectors that Toyota use are a good design. Have you had them checked or cleaned by an injector shop? The 112k miles you have isn't all that many unless there is lots of moisture or crud in the fuel system. We routinely service many injectors with twice that mileage.
For about the cost of one injector, you could have all of them cleaned and flow tested.
