Selling My 95 PU

How Much Money Should i Sell my 95 v6 dx 2wd xtracab for?
It is in very good condition, with only 80,000 miles
It has some dents and scratches and the paint is fading out
It had no problems.
This guy on the street came to me and asked me how much will i sell it to him for.]

He said he would pay alot for it and really wants the truck for a big mod.
He asked for 5000 US. is that fair? or should i ask for more?

that seems like a fair price. I looked it up on kelly Blue Book, and the "good" price is around $5,000. If it was me and he offered me 5, id take it. Its still a great truck, as i take it, but like you said, its not in prefect condition bodywise. So yea 5's good.
