Why LC?

I honestly want to know why so many people use LC Engineering to buy their parts. I know they and DOA are the two big names for 22r's but how can you pay those prices. I use LC for their tech articles and cam specs then take those to the smaller name places to buy my parts. My Pacemaker header flows just as well as the Doug Thorley both are tri-y and both are simple to install, my cam is the same specs as the LC Pro EFI and I paid half as much. they are the leaders for us but dang are they expensive.
