2003 Toyota Tacoma, 2dr - no dash light - please help
Hey, I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, 2dr. I recently replaced the factory receiver with an aftermarket one, CD/MP3/etc. Soon after I realized my dash light was out. All the status light symbols, flashers, hazard, seatbelt, etc. work fine, but at night I have no dash light and can't see the speedometer, etc.
Moving the dimmer does nothing. I disconnected the receiver that was installed and looked at all the connections, including the ones for the passenger airbag lock which is above the fan controls, etc. I can't see how the receiver install would have knocked anything lose or would be responsible for the dash light being out.
The receiver is also not dimmer capable, so that wire was not hooked up.
None of the fuses are blown that I can see. Is there something I'm missing, or something I should check for? I'll answer any questions, thanks.
