'92 3VZE V6 accessory idler pulley spacer or not?

i'm just finishing the timing belt replacement (water pump and valve cover gaskets and crank seal and cam seals too...ugh), but I can't get the idler pulleys to snug up on their hub (the one that's mounted on the aluminum bracket that covers the middle of the timing belt...fyi '92 sohc V6) i put the 2 pulleys on the hub and there is still 5 mm or more of stud w/o threads showing, so that if i run the nutz down, the pulleys still flop around. is there a spacer that i lost, or did i forget a part that's hiding somewhere in my garage???? someone please chime in w/ experience or your haynes manual as mine is 260 miles away right now, and i'm trying to leave tomorrow morning...
thanks a lot,
Schump

i had a beer and realized it was sitting on the floor, and once installed, it would bridge the gap so that i could tighten the nutz and get everything tits...duh . when having a shit time working on anything, esp cars/trucks/bikes, always remove yourself from the situation, have a beer, come back to it, and you'll see the light. take a nap too if you have been pulling an all nighter! parts seem to go back together in the proper order w/ more sleep. i noticed that tonight. got her all buttoned up, everything is kosher, and i saved myself at least $1000 in repair billz.....whoo aaaah! now all i have to do is rewire the power wire to my amp and i can get some sleep. that 10 year old alpine amp isn't DOA like i thought, there must be a short or break in the power wire somewhere...carpet is coming out as i type... duh, thanks for the help, i helped myself as soon as i thought about it for a bit..
