USA how many horses?

how many horse power is the 3.4L V6 in the tacoma? what about the 2.4L? what kind of supercharger would give the 2.4 a good kick?

www.autos.msn.com , find a lot of specs from '88 and above. for a supercharger, it depends on the psi you put into it. i would guess around 130-170hp, maybe more. again, depends on psi.

The 3.4 came with 192hp(crank) the 2.4 I believe was around 150.

They made a trd supercharger for all three engines 2.4, 2.7, and 3.4. You are better off going with the 3.4. Get the TRD supercharger, headers, exhaust, deck plate mod, and most importantly the URD kit.

Dudes,....how much will it cost for a 3.4 s/c from the dealer? I don't trust ebay unless it's got the "buy it now" option, and even then I'm still a bit skeptical. I don't know whether to get 2000+ tacoma 4x4 5spd 3.4 s/c'd, or a 2k5 dcab 4x4 6spd,....whichever is cheaper, and if the s/c is around 2k, then I'm good. Thanks.
