shifting problems

i've installed a new clutch and pressure plate on my 84 toyota pickup, with also a new used transmission. so now when i start my truck i can not shift into any of my gears. what do you guys think is the problem!

Shift lever pilot bushing # 33548-31010 (green)=$7 CDN
Shift lever seat # 33505-35020 or 33505-35030 (white)=$16 CDN

Note: the 2 above #’s fit all trannies:G,R,W series (22R,R-E,3VZE)84-95.5,no need for entire shift lever retainer (85-95.5 pre-Tacoma)

what gear was the stick in when you pulled the tranny? if the tranny you got was in a gear and your stick was in neutral or in a different gear you could get some problems.. have a look at that.... check your hydrolic clutch.. did you bleed it?.. have a look at it
