"The problem was on top of the coil theres a little box with green 3 plug wire. I found one wire torn after tearing off the seal of those wire to see if everything was hoked up."

I belive what you're describing is called an "Ignitor." It is commonly misspelled as "Igniter"

Yes that what it was the ignitor. One wire was torn that attached to the green plug, I went thru headaches man only a damn piece wire. Right at the biggining when i first installed everthing the motor from bottom to top I knew it was somethng electrical but just couldnt located so i started assuming that it was this and that, Im glad Its found it just took alot of patient
