Bolt pattern on 82 2wd

Anyone have any idea on the bolt pattern for my 82 Toyota 2wd... 5 on 4 and what?

It is a relatively simple trigonomtery problem. My problem is that I'm a bit rusty. However, I calculate that if you measure the center-to-center distance between two non-adjacent holes and divide that distance by .9511 you will get the diameter of the hole pattern. (Who says all that math they tried to stuff down your throat doesn't have practical applications? )
