Welcome Satio, You could put a body lift kit that should pick it up a 1/2-1 inch and just tightened the torsion bars for the other inch. ( if you mess with the Torsion Bars you have to get an alighnment).
Since the Axle sits on top of the leaf springs on 2wd's, it is difficult to raise the rear suspension. On my Truck the orginal owner

put Lift Shackels in the back . Unfortunately the shackels streached out my Leaf springs

. Try to avoid going that route if you can.
This is what I did on my truck. I tighented up my Torsion bars and left on the Lift shackels to put 235-70-14 AllTerrain Tires on my Truck. To me this made the Truck look more agressive compared to the street radials that was on the Truck when I bought it .
