Towing experiences for '95+ V6 Tacomas

Hey all. I'm looking into getting a daily driver which can also be used to tow my car to/from races and if I break.

My car weighs 3200 lbs approx without driver. I was looking into towing my car with a trailer that looks like this.




Supposedly the towing capacity of the 95+ V6 Tacomas is 5,000 lbs. I'm wondering if that's enough or not.

So I was hoping that those of you who have a V6 Tacoma in that year range, who've towed a trailer, if you could give me some feedback as to how much you towed, weight, distance, stuff like that. I really like the Tacomas more than most trucks, and it seems like they keep their value for a reason.
