Need info about 92 Toyota PU base model engine power

I recently bought a 1992 Toyota base PU with 158000 miles. When I was driving up a steep hill on a mountain freeway, the truck had a difficult time staying above 50 mph. On 4th gear it felt like engine was gonna stall. Feul efficiency on this truck is 30 mpg.

Is this normal? How much HP does this truck have? Thanks.
