Lots of people with new tacomas REALLY pissed off regarding this issue. In the past, toyota has done some really good customer satisfaction recalls, such as with the 3.0 headgasket recalls.Having experience at dealerships, and at bodyshops(as an employee)I know what it would cost toyota to not only agknowlege the problem, but to address fixing it.Ford had a problem with adhesion between the sealer and the paint on a run of pickups in the late 80's and was really specific on what they would and would not fix,as part of the acknowleged problem.I do not envy being the one to make the decisions as to sanding layers of paint-sealer:finding dents, contacting customers, explaning issues, and creating a "paint campaign".Thats gonna cost serious bucks, folks.I like my toyotas, but right now i see the 05'tacoma havingn a bad selling point from customer feedback.I hope the best for all affected, but Im glad I didn't buy one
