Are you sure it will not get fuel? First check for a spark. Also verify fuel to rail. Is this a 4cyl? Injected or carb?

how long did it sit after the computer was blown
you may be all gummed up
you may also want to check entire delivery system including the line coming out of tank and filter

Can you hear the fuel pump turning ON? It will not turn on by just turning the key. The MAF must see air flow from the engine cranking to turn on the fuel pump. Ways around this: 1) There is a connector under the hood on the drivers side wheel well that will turn on the fuel pump. 2) You can manually open the flap on the MAF to simulate air flow. Either way (with the key on) it will let you listen for the fuel pump without the noise of the engine cranking.
There is also something called the circuit-opening relay that powers the fuel pump. It is located right above the computer. Did you accidently disconnect it when replacing the computer?

I can not hear the pump. I am going to try the suggestions you said. What is the connector on the driver side called or look like so I know what I am looking for.
