hmm i would imagine that it wouldnt sound all that great, because JL subs need ton's of air space. in my taco i put a brand new rockford fosgate power hx2 in a smaller box behind my seat bc i didnt want to take up much space, it sounded like crap. so i went with a bigger box and it sounded awesome, point of this story is that subs need a lot of air space for better results

thats where i have my 6.5 3-way pioneers, and it sounds great! I dont have subs because i dont listen to music that takes much advantage of subs (i listen to mostly country).
