Will stock 16" wheels off a Tacoma Prerunner fit a 2nd gen. 4Runner?

Thanks, how about the 15" alloys from earlier Tacos?

Those will fit too......if I remember correctly 15" wheels are what came stock on 2nd generation 4Runners (someone please correct me if I am wrong). You should be able to get 15" or 16" on that truck with no clearance or rubbing problems.

if they only miss by a little - don;t grind on the wheel, grind on the caliper (probably where they won't fit)

Thanks guys, yes 15" came stock on 2nd gens. Just didn't know if Toyota changed the backspacing since then.
