Upgrade or "New" car?

I was thinking what would be better upgrading my old 95 PU 2wd V6 or selling it and getting a 04runner 4x4?
For the upgrade, i would get new wheels, tires, racing diff, exhaust, new paint job, new windshield, and a new headlight. New suspension? New interior? and a new spray on liner. Also might get a pioneer in dash GPS, if i have money.
For the 4runner, i would get an 04 Sport Edition w/4.0v6

Do you want to spend $30K or $5K? Do you want to pay full coverage insurance or just liability? Do you want a monlthly payment?

If you look at the return for your money I'd say the new vehicle if you intend to keep it for say 9 or 10 years like you did the 95' is the best investment. If you think eventually in the next few years your going new than I'd say why wait?

I'm with Boo. Why spend 25 for used when you can get new for the same price?

Well, it's new but an old model at my dealership
I think i don't want a tacoma because i don't need a truck to replace a truck.
I think i'm just going to wait till i got money for a LX330.
