What is this

WHile i am driving in 3rd gear under hard acceleration at about 3300 to about 3800 my truck seems to have a dry spot if you will. It feels like it is not pulling as hard as it should. It also does this in 4th and 5th. The first time i noticed it was when i was driving to canada. I had just got my truck and went north. I was in 5th gear and would give it full throtle at about 65 mph. At about 75 I would feel some type of struggle from the engine. It does not make any noises. I posted about the strange stalling and someone told me i might need to clean the injectors. Is this another sign of injectors with problems?

I would appreciate any input.

The truck that this is happening on is a 2001 xtra cab tacoma 4wd sr5 trd.

it is a 5 speed manual with 56000 miles.
