X-Runner Wheels

Hey,
I'm new to the forums obviously but my brother just got a new 2005 x-runner (I have an is300 ). Anyway.. he's already changed teh wheels and given me his old ones becuase i have garage space and he doesn't (and he is lazy).

So... my question is.. will I be able to sell these easily anywhere? these forums or ebay.. or are they just meh.. basically the same as the other tacoma wheels.. they are 18" alloy wheels with bridgestone potenzas 255/45/18..

I really didn't know what forum to put this in so i'm really sorry if this is the wrong one :x.
I'm not trying to sell these in this thread but just seeing if i will be able to/how much they might be worth..

thanks again. i've always loved toyota trucks

basil

im sure that you will be able to sell them. ive seen them on ebay for ~400-450.

the more you wait the easier they *should* be to sell. bear in mind these wheels will fit many other vehicles, and that might be a good starting point for you to get the most money out of them. find out which other car/trucks use the same bolt pattern. if it was a prerunner then it would fit on the bigger trucks, but since its the 5 lug x-runner i dont know where else they will fit.

either way good luck.

EDIT: heres an ebay auction so you get an idea of what they go for
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

2ND EDIT:
5 x 114.3 bolt pattern. this will fit honda/acura 5 lugs, toyota 5 lugs and i believe maybe mazda and nissan, though youd have to check. ive even heard of people managing to get them on ford's (i.e. mustangs)

I'll buy one of them with a tire. Will you take 175 bucks shipped?

You can sell anything on Ebay if the price is right regardless if you have 0 feedback history. As for the forums, I don't think there are very may Tacoma forums out there. Good luck.

So what would be the lowest price you will take for the wheels shipped?

me to lazy for shifting... but i do like the looks of the truck... i need a truck that sits low ... pre-runner is just to high for me...

the prerunner is the same chassis/suspension as a 4x4, but you can get the tacoma in non-prerunner form in automatic, which is basically an x-runner w/o the body styling, wheels and some interior stuff.

Don't forget the 4.0 V6 and 6 speed trans which you can't get in the reg. 5 lug tacomas, unless it is an X, The frame bracing is different as well.
