Really depends on what you want to do with your truck. In my opinion a body lift has no advantage other then price and that is it.

Is your truck 2x4 or 4x4, how do you want to use it or just lifted for looks? What year is it?

I had a 2003 Ford Ranger 2x4 that I spent about $3500 including tires and wheels. It had a 5" suspendsion lift in the front and new leaf springs, shocks, shackles and shackle mounts in the rear. I used it in the desert alot and it held up very well. I was running 33" tires on it.

What year/model is your truck? What size tire do you want AND do you just want to clear a bigger tire or do you want articulalation? What kind of wheeling do you do? How much are you willing to spend?

These are questions you gotta answere for us first. Then, we can help you out.
