i think that creating subforums for the different models is a great idea. if they could also be divided into model years, like pickups 79-84, 84-whatever, etc. maybe that would be too much of a task, but i think it would be worthwhile in the end.
most deff agreed here i have a 80' 4x and i would love to have a forum that i could look specifically at the 20r motor and then at the main page you could have the newest 25-30 threads shown before lyou chose the subforum you wanted
Great start, but would still like to see pre-95 post-95 split, then it would be perfect.
Very well put!! I have a 97 4Runner which is very similar to the '97 Taco I just sold. None of the pre-96 posts apply to what I look for. As is, it's still a really nice forum!

I dont think the 2005 Tundra belongs with the new Tacoma, since the Tundra is a five year old model. Please just make a separate Tundra forum (all years). Thanks.
A "Pre-Taco" As we call it. forum. for trucks from before '95
A Tacoma forum for model years 95-04
A 2005+ Tacoma Forum
A Tundra/Sequoia/Landcruiser forum
A T100 forum
And a forum for Highlanders. Rav 4 and any other SUV's. Or should the Sequoia, and Landcruiser's be mixed in with these SUV forums, even though they have many similarities to the Tundra?
You can also put the 4Runner's in with the Taco's under the same split, ?-95 and 96-newer, as they have many similarities!
Very good point.
OK so
Have it like Pre '04 Tacoma/Hilux/(pre '03)4Runner , Pre '95 Pickup/Hilux/4Runner, pre '89 Pickup/Hilux/4Runner
Then a seperate section for 2005+ Tacoma, with a '03+ 4Runner Sub forum
Seperate section for Tundra's
Seperate section for T100's
Seperate section for Suv's, Rav 4, Highlander and Seqouia, Landcruiser, etc...
???
Would you guys rec. anything different? Or does this about sum it up?
