1994 Toy 4x4 3.0 V-6 Problems

Not real sure what the problem is with my truck, but it makes a bad noise in the front end just as your about to completely stop the truck or going at a very slow speed starting from take off. It does not start the minute I apply the breaks, it is when the truck is at low speed and a very tiny, tiny bit of vibration in the steering wheel itself. Pretty sure, it is not breaks or rotars, but it is a TERRIBLE noise. I have 35" Mickey Thompson baja radials that have been on the truck well over 6-7 months, they give me NO vibration-so seems to me it's not out of line, I'm confused. I also hear another noise at low speed( like say you were road-hunting deer, not to say I do that or anything let's just focus on our problem HA-HA ) this noise sounds like my center caps are clanging or very lose( who know's)??
If at all any tips or clues where to begin let me know, this noise is nerve racking and embarrasing!! THANKS TO ALL--Dirtybeerguy!!!!!!

Quite certain it has got to be the" MUFFLER BEARINGS" !!
Thanks for your help--Hope you don't charge$$ me by the hour!! I do not know for sure, that's kinda what I was leaning towards on the wheel bearing thoughts, but how do you know if there is not a lot of play in the wheel or the rimitself is not hot? Other ways to check for sure?
