The day before I bought the truck the PO changed installed a new alternator and battery. He reported that he attempted to drive it one day and the light came on . The light went off after installing the new battery and alternator. Last night as I was parking at my house the light comes on again. This is my first toyota so thought I might save some time asking. I know about a third of the reman alternators you get anymore are bad. This was a good brand though. SO where should I start looking? Whats more likely alternator or something else?

it werst the alternator. the guy at aa was just going to give me a new one without testing but i made them test anyways, they acted like they werent surpirsed.
